ESMOO provides a quality assurance period of 12 months from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of our authorized distributors and wholesalers who sell our authentic products. our warranty policy applies only to those customers who purchase directly from Esmoo (distributors and wholesalers). If you have purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.

Note:

Our warranty does not cover atomizers and accessories due to it being a consumable product, however if the product happens to be in faulty state at the time of receiving the goods, please inform us immediately prior to using it (making contact with foreign objects such as e-liquid).

Please keep your proof of purchase well in case of needing warranty service.
